Members enjoy weekend and some weekday cruises, PHRF racing both short course and day races, as well as social events through the year.
All members receive a monthly copy of our newsletter "Collins Mixer" throughout the sailing season.
We own a floating clubhouse which is available for members use.
There are 3 levels of membership:
Full Membership-open to families who keep their boat at Collins Bay Marina
Associate Membership for families who do not keep a boat at the marina.
NewStudent Membership for those under 19 or who are full time students
Full membership includes participation in the reciprocal programme and voting privileges in club decisions. Senior members of Executive must be full members.
Associate and Studet members do not participate in the reciprocal programme and cannot vote.
Fees:
The club itself owns no docks or facilities other than the clubhouse. Slips,boat storage,launch etc.are managed by Collins Bay Marina, and are not included in our fees.
Full members $100 Initiation (non-refundable) $100 per year membership*
Associate members no initiation fee $40 per year membership fee*
Student members no initiation fee $20 per year membership fee.*
Renewals after May 1 will incur a $10 increaed fee. This is waived for new members.
Collins Bay Marina customers are welcome to come along to the Annual Wine and Cheese get together on May 10th to find out more about membership.
