About CYBC Racing

You selected: I know how to sail and want to be a crew member.

Great - just follow the flow of this site and we'll find you the right boat.

Crew Memberships are required once you have raced 4 times in the current season. Membership costs are very reasonable; $40/year or $20/year for racers under 18 years of age or full-time students.

1) Review our Racing Schedule to determine what days work for you.

2) You may choose to review the Past Results of previous races to get a better idea of who you'll see on the water.

3) Visit the Crew Bank to contact a boat owner who needs crew - or sign up as "potential crew".

4) Review the Sailing Instructions.

5) Read through our Racing Resources to find racing tips and strategy. A definite read if you've never raced before.
